ORYXO LLC, operating as GenyBox, wants customers to have a clear and fair return process.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery of your order. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item must generally be:

Unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

Returned with original packaging, where reasonably possible.

Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.
Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without required components may not be eligible for a refund unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
Before sending any item back, email support@genybox.com with:

The item you want to return.

The reason for the return.

Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Do not send a return before receiving instructions from us.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. If we confirm that an item was defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it is approved or rejected.
For approved returns, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Eligible refunds cover the amount paid for the returned product. Original delivery charges and return-shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
